Anonymous asked: How did you lose weight don't you snack

It was really hard , but eating healthy and running everyday it’s hard not to snack because I use to eat a lot of crap, but eating better makes me feel so much better , no stomach aches and tiredness so it’s good, but I still have something not to good a day like a cookie dot break the habit so just eating healthy and exercise everyday :))

Finally got myself motivated to lose some weight lost 1.5 kilos in 4 days feels so good

Yoga for the Splits
Print this out and practice these poses everyday to gain flexibility for the splits. Start by holding each pose for 30 seconds on each side. Work your way up to 1-3 minutes as your muscles start to open up. When you’re ready to try the splits use a block or pillow under your front leg for support until you feel ready to go without.
